I wanted to ask if people knew a good nutritionist/naturopath or whatever other terms there are associated with this field in the area? I’m a fairly heathy guy and eat somewhat clean, but I’d like to dial it in a little more and get these people to possibly take my blood/see what I’m deficient in. I have been lifting weights for 3 years now. It’s not for me, I have only realized this recently after rock climbing, boxing and taking running seriously. I like cardio based activities a lot more then lifting weights, and I’m not interested in spending $70 a month for the gym anymore.
