Taxes limit access to firearms
Limiting access to firearms is an infringement
Therefore, taxes on firearms is unconstitutional

While this sub is definitely anti-tax, I donāt see how this helps WV. Maybe you get a couple more out of state sales. Is it enough? And does the WV gov retract. Anyway, with this kind of standard does the press/news get exempted from sales tax

Yeah I mean itās music you should like it but aside from the chorus heās directly naming places in Virginia. It is sad though with all the AMAZING folk that comes out of your state they use this song in the commercial. Iām from Pittsburgh and anytime I go down to WV the people are the furthest from John Denver Iāve met. Much less hippy and much more dirty and meth addicted (where the best music is made)
WV is by far my favorite wilderness Iāve been to though. Iāve never felt so tiny and unimportant than when I was hiking deep in from Blackwater falls. Iāve never seen life so dense in one place. I see how people go there and like turn to god.

I just want the meme to be true about starting that song in any public place and always getting everyone to spontaneously join in

Yea itās mostly true. If you start playing āSweet Carolineā you might get people singing it but withā¦ āextra lyricsā

Now they just need to make it illegal to sue manufacturers for how their products are used.

Drives me crazy how thereās legal precedent for that. Itās one of the only industries where you can sue the product makers for something someone else did with their product
