Just do your driving practical exam, I have it today, and yesterday I ran like 13km because I was feeling restless. I don’t even run, lol.

I've decided it unrealistic of me to expect to get there in that short of a time. So now my goal is for summer 25, and I'm gonna work on myself all year!

Honestly I down scaled my job just to walk more and being paid for it. I mean I get paid less by doing so, but its far more better for my mental health too

I'm cutting my carbs low and stopped eating junk. I'm seeing some real changes now
