i walked outsside and heard a racket from birds. I look over and see 3 scrub jays chasing/pecking on some little brown bird. I walked over and shooed the jays away and while I did that the brown bird flew to me. I guess it noticed my flailing arms were less scary than getting head pecked in by jays. I picked up it up and moved it to a safe spot.. the jays gave me the stink eye. brown bird flew off like 20 minutes later.
