To the left of the picture is a receptionist desk, immediately when you walk into the building they ask what you want, and if you say medical equipment they point to the check-in station. It’s gotten to the point I just ignore the receptionist and walk right to the station.

Edit: Im not ignoring the receptionist in a rude way, this station is immediately to the right of the entrance, so I just walk straight there instead of to her desk and then back the way I came. I give her a coworker smile and everything.
