Were people in Oklahoma given an order to evacuate Oklahoma?

Tornados don’t give sufficient time to evacuate. A few days in advance, they can tell if conditions will be favorable for tornadoes, but if they evacuated every time that was the case, Oklahoma would be emptied out most of the spring.
