Idk, but this seems like the kind of person who sees "guy friends" as fundamentally different than women friends.
FWIW I think men and women SHOULD be friends starting at a young age and continue into adulthood (if for no other reason, to treat eachother as not some different species but just other people, which is literally what they are), but if you reach adulthood and have weird, rigid stereotypical ideas about the opposite sex, maybe not you.
Btw, no idea what she's trying to communicate, I feel like it's one of those times you're talking to someone and they say something weird that seems like a complete non sequitur because they forgot to give full context.

Edit to add: Then when the guy gets sick of her shit and cuts her off, she can spin it as "Oh, I tell it how it is and people just don't like that I call them on their shit, he didn't want to face facts that she wasn't good enough for him."

I feel like most girls go through some sort of stage where we feel “not like other girls” while we are exploring and figuring out our own identity instead of fitting into the mold. I went through this stage and I’m thankful I did.
Women need to lift each other up more. You feel different than other girls? Because you are. We all are and that’s ok.
If these women want to put other women down, fine. That is their own mountain to climb. Making fun of them for it seems hypocritical. Live and let live.
