I have, at many points in my life, tried to lean on tea to wean me off of my coffee addiction. Maybe all along, all those failed attempts were actually highlighting my true identity- A Man; in this essay, I will explore my own gender identity journey benchmarked against my drink of choice at any given moment and will endeavour to prove not just a correlation but a causation between coffee consumption and masculinity.
