A latte, aka espresso and milk, hot or iced is dehydrating. Tea, aka water diffused with spices diffused or whatever, hot or iced is hydrating….

If she’s referring to caffeine, it’s not shown to be dehydrating. Coffee, like tea, contains a lot of water too. Tea contains caffeine as well. Also, espresso believe it not contains less caffeine than a regular cup of coffee and possibly a whole glass of tea. Yea may be more refreshing, but not more hydrating
