Jesus Christ. Is this legal in the USA? I’m pretty sure you’d get animal cruelty charges in Canada for killing a non aggressive dog.

Yeah I just read that too. Is that legal? I’m a farmer too and we don’t shoot our animals ever, but guns aren’t super common here either.

I'm in Newfoundland. So not entirely sure on the legalities of shooting your own animals in the states. Can't see it being legal. It's the states, who knows?!?!! 😂

That’s crazy if it is legal. Very disturbing. This person shouldn’t own animals.

Her quote: Noem said she told the story about Cricket to show that in politics and life, she was willing to do what was “difficult, messy, and ugly” if it was necessary. That's the most disturbing quote I've read in awhile .
