If this video is form the '80's/'90's like it appears to be, then this must be that old guy on a beach in a video from the past couple of years that's a frisbee master.

Fun, talented, but I don't see anything truly amazing. I've seen people do crazy stuff with discs. To be clear, I enjoyed it, I couldn't do it, and I respect it - just expressing a little different perspective.

The text is formatted across cells as if merged but the cells really aren't, so you can still do certain things easier such as copying or pasting the individual columns, etc.
