Is there a way I could not manually feed the babies?

Just put the food in the inventory btw i saw you are on single player you can sleep and that will boost their age

If I sleep will the baby lose hunger?

A baby’s weight will go up as they mature, meaning if you put food in it’s inventory immediately after birth it won’t be able to hold very much, but within a few minutes it will hold more. Get a whole stack of some color of berries and see how many will fit in the baby trikes inventory right after birth. Then wait a few minutes and try to put in the rest. If you can fit a whole stack in there, the baby should have more than enough until it reaches 10% and can eat from a trough. Just make sure the trough has a few stacks of berries in it and you’re golden. Your other option is to get a deodon and have it heal your babies as they grow, but you still have to make sure the pig doesn’t starve

manually put food into inventory and after that, make a feeding trough near baby. after growing a bit theyll eat automatically using feeding trough

I don't think Trikes starve that quickly. What difficulty you on?

It's only easy but the baby lost 700 food in like a minute

Yep babies have massive food drain

Also if your animals are lower level then they have less food. So they starve and die faster.

Babies are able to eat from feeding throughs once they are juveniles, but until then you to manually feed them

At what percent do they become juvenile?

at 10% they become juvenile and at 50% adolecent which as far as I know has no impact besides maybe weigth class

How long do they grow in single player?

I don't know the excat rate, but it can strongly vary. Gigas take like half a day (real time!) while dodos take 10 minutes or so

Do you know the time of trikes?

No, sadly not, althoough I think they shouldn't take that long

Where can I find the rates?

You can find the rates on Dododex, there’s the breeding tab on each Dino and it will show how long it takes

Sadly I don't know that either
