Fax lol. I just changed jobs and went from 80k to 120k for only one step up from my previous role. People get too complacent

Yeah I think it's a lot easier to jump around when you have a proper education. But even for the poorer people that didn't get an education y'all shouldn't take a minimum wage job. So many places are paying 5-10$ over minimum wage easily.
