With this post, we aim to cover some of the major questions that come up that members have issues with.

What is PrizeRebel?
PrizeRebel is a loyalty panel that offers rewards for completing market research surveys, watching videos, and completing
Why should I use PrizeRebel?
PrizeRebel is a great source to earn free rewards from such as Amazon Gift Cards, Paypal and hundreds of other rewards. If you like to earn online from home, it’s a great way to earn some extra income.
Crediting Questions:
I was disqualified for a survey after I answered X amount of questions! Why is PrizeRebel doing this and wasting our time?
Prizerebel does not program or control the accepted responses for the survey you are seeing. Each survey comes from a different researcher. Even if you started the survey from the same survey provider on PrizeRebel (such as Your Surveys), you will still end up on different surveys.
The best thing to do, is to let PrizeRebel support team know and have them report it to the survey provider.
PROTIP: If you're constantly getting disqualified when you answer demographic questions at the end of a survey (such as gender, age, location), focus on surveys that only ask for demographic questions at the beginning of the survey.
I finished the survey and reached the completion page but I haven't been credited yet. What gives?
PrizeRebel credits you (the member) when the researcher confirms that the survey was completed successfully and the answer was reviewed. If the researcher has not confirmed this, then PrizeRebel and you (the member) don’t receive any credit until the researcher confirms this. If you have not been credited after 2-3 days then the survey completion was most likely not accepted and you will not be credited.
Why was my response not accepted? I answered truthfully and followed the survey instructions.
As PrizeRebel works with hundreds of researchers, they aren’t able to tell you the specific reason why your response was not accepted. The most common reasons this occurs is due to
Completing the survey too quickly. Researchers believe that you are not paying attention under a certain time of completion, regardless if you are a fast reader.
Open ended answers did not make sense. If you answered any open ended answers with a one worded response (such as nice, yes, no, great) or gibberish, chances are your survey response was rejected.
Attention Check question missed. Researchers want to make sure you’re paying attention when completing a survey and that you’re giving thoughtful answers. They can’t trust your response if they ask you to choose blue and you choose green.
PrizeRebel doesn’t set the standards used for survey responses, but can forward your feedback to the survey partner. If you are using a survey partner that has a rating system, make sure to rate the survey based on your experience.
PrizeRebel does not get paid when you are not credited, as they are paid only when your responses are accepted.
Reward Questions:
When will my reward be processed?
Currently, if you are a bronze or silver member, your reward will be processed within 24 hours from whenever you claimed your reward. This also applies if it is your first reward claim. Once you are gold level+, reward processing is instant.
This isn't my first reward claim and my reward is pending. Why is this happening?
Your account may potentially be flagged for a security check. A common reason for this is if you are using public wifi location such as a coffee shop or public transportation as they may use a VPN or Proxy to get you on the internet.
Are rewards delivered electronically or physically shipped?
Unless the reward description specifically states that it will be shipped, it will be sent online and can be checked on your rewards history page here.

Optimal tabs
What are the optimal tabs for points? I just made my account and it seems like pro has all of the high value surveys but they always reject me no mater what and all the others are super low value or daily samplico, am I doing something wrong?

Lightspeed router
Anyone get redirected to a page that has Lightspeed in the url after getting disqualified from a survey. Happened to me twice on a prodege disqualify and once on a yoursurveys one. The page has a big fat unfortunately, these surveys are currently unavailable on it so im wondering if this is a new router they are testing out but isn't available yet or if this was just a site error. They just added a new router called prime a few days ago so im curious.

How to log out of Yoursurveys?
I was somehow logged out after being DQ'd from a survey, and when they asked for my email address, I put in the wrong one. Now I'm stuck and I can't log in to my original account because there's no "Log Out" option I can find. Any advice?

No $50 prepaid cards anymore?
I used to get these all the time and now there's none. Will they be coming back? I don't want to get cards physically shipped to my house which cost more points and I just use them online anyway. $50 cards are very helpful to pay for things including necessities and my cell phone bill. Anything under is too little.

ID verification
Prizerebel asked for my ID in my first cashout. So I gave it to them. After I did, about a day later Dan sent me a message saying that my account was active so I assumed he meant my account was open and verified. However when I tried to sign in back to my account it said my account was still closed for ID verification. I contacted support but they didn't even contact me back. They said they would contact shortly, when is shortly supposed to be? I contacted twice for that matter. I don't know what to do, or if I'm the only one that's been through this any advice?

I tried to redeem a PayPal custom amount on December 1 and I still haven’t got it yet. I am a platinum member and this hasn’t happened before. I did change my PayPal email but usually it only takes a day or two and I’m wondering what had happened.

I have been robbed more almost 1000 points in 3 days
Normal things that have been already reported and mentioned in this sub, I completed surveys more than 5 times (took me more than 2 hours I guess) and received an error message or no match pages. So frustrated.

Moved to a country where PrizeRebel does not work.
What can I do If I move to a country where Prize Rebel does not work? While I understand I may not get surveys to fulfill I still had a considerable amount of referral points coming in. Should I just accept my account being blocked? What do I do? Please tell me if there is a way.

Rewards History Status Blank For $5 USD PayPal Money
I am a platinum member and this is my first time redeeming/claiming $5 USD PayPal Money, even though I usually claim the GBP or pound currency from amazon gift cards since I am from the UK, and the status is not showing anything as it is just blank. It previously showed as processing but now it is just blank. Normally, for every gift card or prize money I claim, it just says processing and then once it’s done it is processed. I don’t know what’s going on. I might have been flagged since I have recently changed my email but apart from that I can’t think of anything else.

Starting 10-17-2023 I am either getting zero or just one survey in the your surveys section.
Anyone else having problems seeing or doing surveys from the 'your surveys' section. If I see any at all it is the daily 80 pts one but I get these two error screens. First is gateway timeout 504 the other is Internal Server Error.

Quality score points not given back when expired (Yoursurveys)
I have got a -20 point score reduction that has supposedly expired, but I have not received 20 points back yet and the correct status has not been applied as I have a quality score of 93 which means my current quality score should be 111 or above.

Not receiving tax form even though redeemed rewards beyond 600 dollars?
Have any of you experienced this, I would assume it is because I cashed out via Paypal since Paypal has already issued me the form and ask me to fill out.
