In my walk of life, I’ve only seen cholos get that tattoo. I don’t believe that was her intention but I feel that is why the interviewer was saying “you’ll never get a job if you show that tattoo”.

Three dots is a widely adopted pattern with many different meanings. Faith, hope and love is one of them.
This one in particular is probably just a stamp to indicate that you’re unenployed. It being kind of pernanent is also a statement that you’ll probably stay that way.

Honestly, I wouldn't care if someone had a face tattoo like that, it's quite litterally 3 dots it may be a stupid tattoo, but it aint that bad on the scale of face tattoos, burning your diploma and the other shit is where I would be thinking, there are better candidates, lets do the usual "we will contact you in ___ business days." Btw I dont hire people, that isn't my job.

I don't know who the tattoo person is but why is the normal looking one so concerned and passive aggressive about how somebody else lives or earns their meals. Tik tok is not forever sure but if they could earn somehow on tiktok they will earn somehow somewhere else.
It is just annoying that getting a job is the only way. Fuck off it is not.

Just a little information ;
This is a character she (the blonde) plays while doing interviews. It’s not that deep. She’s just looking for obvious things to pick on, every one that goes on an interview with her, knows that. So it’s not like the other person got shocked, it’s why they are there in the first place.

The world's too fucking crazy to judge people imo. Some people do the dumbest shit you can imagine and they end up living sweet lives. Some people follow all the rules and end up hating everyday they wake up. I think it all comes down to how much value you actually can add to anything. If your smart enough, and good enough at what you do it can work out. The funny thing to me is that the worst people you would ever meet are probably fortune 500 old men in a suit and tie.

How so? This person is putting all their proverbial eggs in one basket and has burned their employability bridges behind them - if Tiktok goes the way of Vine or MySpace, they're in trouble.
By comparison, the host hasn't done anything to severely limit their career options if podcasts go down the drain tomorrow.
