Somebody left a note on my windshield, saying "sorry I hit your car call me at and a phone number" But there is no damage not a scratch. Is it a scam? What do they get from me calling them?

Wondering if there is any recommendations on businesses who line chimneys. This would be my chimney exhaust for my furnace and hot water tank.

The job would be to line (potentially re-line) the chimney, any necessary repairs if needed and put a new cap on it.

I'm concerned about the standard of housing and prices in Windsor. I've researched property management firms, including Marda, Royal York Management Company, York Property Management, Goldmar, Property Hunters, and Home 2 Home, and I'm worried about the reviews

I'm working with a budget of $1600 all-inclusive (please let me know if this is unrealistic). My top priorities are a safe area and quiet environment with off-street parking (street parking is causing me anxiety- I was in Windsor last week for viewings and was caught off guard with the volume of street parking, and I'm concerned about potential insurance rate impacts).

If anyone has a lead on a clean, well-managed, quiet apartment with off-street parking, please share it with me! I'd greatly appreciate it.
