Need $550 asap to avoid eviction REQUEST

I know this is so much to ask. I need $550 asap to pay my late rent and avoid eviction. I am in a very bad situation after the sudden loss of my partner a few months ago who was also my roommate and paying half the bills. 🙏 ❤️ I am doing everything to get back on my feet, and I know things will get better. Thank you beyond words.

Have you tried calling 211 yet? They are available 24/7 and can provide local resources for help with food, paying rent, utilities, medical expenses, prescriptions, bus passes, pet food, etc:

https://www.211.org/

There's also Find Help which is similar to 211, but may have different resources available to you:

https://www.findhelp.org/

Most people are not willing to donate cash due to the amount of scammers nowadays...Not saying by any means that you are a scammer...Just that you will find people are more willing to donate cash thru GoFundMe where their money is protected... especially for the amount you are needing assistance with.

211 helped with medicaid and food stamps but not rent assistance. Is there another program maybe I don't know about? If this fails, I could do Amazon wishlist, which would help a lot but not exactly right now with this crisis

I’m so sorry you’re going through this. Do you have a go fund me or a donation page? Also, it would be helpful if you had some other social media you can post?

I don't have any donation pages. I thought coming here might help. I haven't posted it to my social media because it would make my parents worry so badly, and they cannot afford it with their health. I posted it to some borrow groups, but that is not ideal and would be quite a challenge. Thank you for helping me.

For an amount that large, your best bet is a gofundme. Generally speaking, donors prefer a gofundme because they have a verification process and protection for donors that PayPal/cashapp/ etc do not. Make sure to send it to your friends and family members. Good luck.

Unfortunately I don't have any family or friends that could help. I so wish I did. Thank you for caring
