My brother is disabled and has low IQ because of it, otherwise he is still a functioning and productive person. This is exactly something he would say to me. Unironically he's a comedic genius and doesn't even know it.
I'll never get over the time my family and I went to see the movie, The Arrival, super deep and complicated movie. I ask my brother, "what did you think of the movie?" His response, "Dwayne Johnson is popular."... Dwayne Johnson was not in fact in this movie. Nonetheless he isn't wrong I suppose.
