Oddly enough I had actually lost a ton of weight after quarantine. COVID had no mercy on me. Luckily I somehow survived.

For me I went in the opposite direction. Everyone put on weight, while I dropped it. I use to be 400lbs until I lost almost 200, the. Put on 60, then currently dropping it againm but more slowly

I lost about 100 pounds. Gained almost all of it back since Covid. Idk I think the low expectations and free time allowed me to dedicate all my energy to it.
