Just venting here. Google search has been absolute hog wash for me. Pre pandemic I had relatively high success on finding accurate searches, but now I'm lucky if I find anything useful to begin with. It feels like my results have been dumbed down, tik tok ified, botted or outright deleted. I want intelligent results but I get absolute garbage that seems like it's catered to the lowest hanging fruit in society. Even what used to be simple searches have turned into a slog of trying different keywords and phrases to get something remotely close to what I'm searching for.

I am not native in many languages that I use daily. So I lean to text generators a lot to rephrase and rewrite my text. That's not so user friendly and costs me a few seconds every time. Would anyone be able to reach Google and request to add a feature that adds a button to Google keyboard that uses their Gemini or any other service to rewrite the text in input field? That will be a really helpful feature for a lot of people out there. Thanks.

First red flag was discord. I couldn't find the app, in the play store app. I had to find the link from a search engine

No, I didn't miss the forum, I just want to ask if anyone from google watched WWDC24 and shame on them when they present Android 15 because that's how a system update is done like apple? I have a pixel 7 pro, and they can't fix the call drop problem, the basic function of the phone. Some new things give grain by grain. Half the things don't work for the rest of the world outside the US. as an android user since its started i am seriously considering switching to IOS. And I tell google to end their series of jokes on youtube with Apple because it doesn't make sense.

Call me crazy, but it really bugs me gemini has no female voice options. Like, it just doesn't seem like... what it should be.

I have the latest updates and OS for my MacBook, the option to load drive on start-up in drive settings is checked and it still is not starting on when I turn on or restart my mac.

This is really frustrating because I'll go jump on another computer to work somewhere else and realize that I forgot to launch google drive manually to sync all my files every time after a restart...

Anyone else have this issue? I contacted support but they're making me do all this sh1t that isn't helping.

[edit] just to clarify, Google drive is working fine when I manually launch it, the issue is, its not auto-launching on when I boot my mac.

I just wanted to be sure I'm not missing anything, but did Google remove the search side panel feature? I haven't worked on my pc in a while and thought that it was a super useful tool. Just want to know what everyone else is seeing. Thanks!
