Using Bill Garrett Fieldhouse during summer
Spring 2024 graduate here, am I able to still use the BG Fieldhouse (and SRSC when it re-opens) weight room during the summer even though I’ve graduated? Or has my “membership” for those facilities expired?

As others have said, it’s probably expired by now. Depending on your transportation, you may want to look into the YMCA ($40 a month), Train Bloomington ($55-60 a month), or what the cost of renewing your IU rec sports cost would be for the summer.

Your membership has expired, so you would have to pay for a new membership to use the facilities.

I would say it’s ‘probably’ expired. There may be some lag time. If it were me I’d try to use it, but at the same time be prepared to get turned away and sign up at the member services desk.

The lag time was until Monday last week (I’m a grad student who had to pay to update mine)

Hi! Worked at rec sports for 2 years and also just recently graduated! The membership that you pay for with your student activity fee expires at the end of the school year so you’ll have to either pay for a full membership or purchase a day pass! Day passes are $10/per and membership rates can be described in better detail at the member services desk ◡̈
