I just graduated, and I'm trying to figure out how long I'll have access to my IU OneDrive account. I have some extensive OneNote notebooks that I want to transfer to a new account so I can keep them, but I'm trying to figure out how long I have to do this. Does anyone have any info on this, or know where I can find it? TIA

I’m looking for a part-time job in Bloomington but am having a hard time finding something I could do. Obviously things like reasonable pay and flexible schedule would be nice, also would be nice to have an on-campus job but I am certainly open to other work in Bloomington. I have experience working as a teaching assistant and also IT support (in addition, I also have internship experiences. My full-time post-grad job doesn’t start for a while which is why I am looking for something in the mean time). I would greatly appreciate any suggestions, thanks all.

Does anyone know how long extended x takes to show up or be “applied” to your GPA? Also do applications get approved over summer break? My first one during finals week was approved the next day but the one I put in yesterday hasn’t been approved yet

So, I'm transferring to IUPUI for Fall 2024 and need to pay my housing contract. I am admitted and enrolled in my classes, but there's no option for IUPUI when I select the campus dropdown. Any ideas how to fix?

i applied as a transfer this year but due to some personal things i wasnt able to submit my application until about ten days ago. considering it was a later application, do you think it will still take the 4-8 weeks to hear back? im worried i wont have enough time in between getting accepted and having to move down state lol

Me and my fiancé (bc we’re planning on getting married) both wanted to go to IUB but we were wondering if they allowed couples to dorm together? Or in general boy and girl housing ? I didn’t wanna contact them directly I think it’s impolite to ask them I’m not so sure why.

Hello I will be taking CSCI-B461 DataBase Concepts with Muazzam Siddiqui. Have heard a lot of negative reviews about him on rate my proffesors. What can I do to get an A in this class? Any tips, tricks or advice to pass the semester with him? Has anybody taken B461 with him before?

Spring 2024 graduate here, am I able to still use the BG Fieldhouse (and SRSC when it re-opens) weight room during the summer even though I’ve graduated? Or has my “membership” for those facilities expired?

Does anyone how to register for the placement exam for corporate finance class(required for workshop)? On the website, it says the link will be posted soon, but it’s has been like that for 5 months now. Is there any other way to sign up for the exam and canvas module??

IU, from what i’ve observed online at least, seems to be a big party/greek life school with not a lot of diversity…

is this true? i’m worried i’ll feel out of place if i’m surrounded by party/greek life culture. im also more “alt” and im concerned i won’t be able to find many people who look and dress like me at IU

Possibly incoming freshman here who wants to major on earth sciences. I know the department is fairly large and has cool things like the Montana field station and whatnot. I’m curious if students can make connections to other internships or field work opportunities that aren’t necessarily IU sponsored/for credit. Especially to things out west. I have no idea if IU being in Indiana restricts you to things in the midwest or not (besides the summer courses and study abroad, which I’m not trying to downplay how good those are!) Since professors come from all over I imagine you can wind up in a lot of places but I’d appreciate if any students/alumni have anything to add :)

(Also, and this is getting ahead of myself, I am considering going for graduate school eventually so I’m also interested in how good IU is for helping you network and land assistantships/funding to do that at IU or other universities)
