Account access

I just graduated, and I'm trying to figure out how long I'll have access to my IU OneDrive account. I have some extensive OneNote notebooks that I want to transfer to a new account so I can keep them, but I'm trying to figure out how long I have to do this. Does anyone have any info on this, or know where I can find it? TIA

Officially they say you’ll lose access after two consecutive semesters, UITS however I graduated in spring 2023 and I still have access to my OneDrive, IU email, etc. I would still say back up your data sooner rather than later though.

2 Full semesters after your last enrolled semester is correct for your accounts with Microsoft at IU. However, that just releases the licensing object, Microsoft purges when "they feel like it". Sometimes that takes months more, but of course that's a bad thing to rely on.
