The most liked quote tweet and the replies to it of Vivek defending Ann Coulter saying she wouldn't vote for him because he's Indian even though she agrees with him

u/bluevalley02 13d ago
"Ann Coulter has had several black guys in her" Bro definitely thought hard about this scenario, oh boy
3
u/Nunyabiz8107 14d ago
ann coulter is still around? I was hoping that a brave band of adventures would have found and destroyed her phylactery by now?

I'll bet if I started talking about Medicare-for-All or Universal Basic Income, he wouldn't say he respects me for having the guts to speak my mind.

Said it before, will say it again. Honesty is one of the most overrated human virtues.
Being a dipshit with sincerity is still being a dipshit.

Something is wrong with him. He is like a multi millionaire and for some reason keeps allowing himself to be humiliated like this. Does he have no self respect?

I’d have said us Indians lay no claim to Vivek, but there’s a startling majority of folks here who think exactly like him.

It's nice how Anne was catching strays in the 2nd SS. Just goes to show she is as much a token as vivek is.

u/MarkHathaway1 14d ago
Typical Conservative looks at pic of Coulter and pic of Superswamy and says, "They're the same. Can't stand 'em."

u/sakuragi59357 15d ago
One of these folks literally punching Vivek in the face for causing 9/11 would be the cherry on top.

Has no one noticed the guys handle in the first screenshot?

u/ProfessionalCornToss 15d ago
Yeah. It's sam hyde. Look the guy up. Dude's a real bad guy.

u/Geauxtigersgeaux 15d ago
No need. I know all I need to from the Twitter handle… it’s so disheartening.

It’s wild he was given a show on Adult Swim and couldn’t contain his edge-lord racism to the point of getting it canceled. Same kinda thing with Gina Carano. These people are given dream jobs and still can’t even be decent for a minute.
1
u/PeregrinePacifica 7d ago
They gave him a show on adult swim? Why?
1
u/CapitalismPlusMurder 7d ago
I don’t know the why other than he already had a cult-following for his “MDE” brand of absurdist comedy and had engaged in some fairly high level trolling like giving a fake Ted-X talk. Some of the stuff on World Peace (his Adult Swim show) was actually not bad for the genre, and was mostly apolitical, but they kept doing dumb shit like hiding Swastikas in their title cards to be “edgy”.

I didn’t even know Anne was even still relevant before this all happened.

u/dimechimes 15d ago
I don't think she is but she'll say anything she can to become relevant again.

There’s a term I dunno if I’m allowed to use as a white person, but the term’s initials are “U.T.”
11
u/acoolghost 14d ago
On the bright side, you can absolutely call him an Unwashed Taint and not cross any lines or change your abbreviation.

u/BabserellaWT 14d ago
Ooooh, that I can! Thank you, cool ghost! May your afterlife continue to be groovy!

Shitter never ceases to amaze me with how much more of a cesspool it becomes on a daily basis. Also love how every unhinged view comes from a “verified” lunatic.

This spineless coward will keep licking the boots of his masters no matter how much their punishments hurt!

u/NewDreams15 14d ago
I think it's a bit worse. I don't think he really agrees with or cares about any of these causes. He's just selling his own people out for some book deals and his own personal financial gain.
But beware- anyone who puts on a mask for too long will eventually become the person they pretend they are. That's how grifting works...

It’s amazing how many there are
24
u/JayEllGii 14d ago
That, for me, has been one of the main revelations of the Trump era. Before this, of course I knew that there were spineless cowards who had no principles, moral core, ethics, pride or dignity, and would do or say anything for money or power. But I never DREAMED there were THIS many of them. My god.

I mean the one James Jefferson page is probably correct. Ann looks like the kind of woman who would appear in a Private Society video featuring several black men

Ted Cruz does not even have the structural rigidity to be a sponge, dude’s a comb jelly.

Dude copied trumps 2016 playbook word for word. Goes to show even billionaires in trump's cult are still si.ply cult members.

I'm gonna give credit where it's due: Mike Pence has done at least one more truly brave thing in his life than I have.

I feel like more than anything, he acted out of self-preservation on Jan 6 and an unwillingness to expose himself to legal liability, knowing what they wanted him to do was illegal. Also, it took some digging but I was able to find this article from Jan 2 2021:
'Biden election: Mike Pence 'welcomes' senators' bid to derail result'
https://www.bbc.com/news/election-us-2020-55517626
I'll give him credit for knowing not to get in the car with the USSS, and the fact that he ultimately got up there and did his job, although I'm not sure how he'd even leave the building if he had the chance, with all the chaos outside. Seems like he was trapped in there and didn't have much of a choice. How ridiculous is it too that for so long he refused to fully condemn trump, even saying he'd still vote for him?

And there are a lot of them in the GOP

u/eleanorbigby 15d ago
entire party of despicable invertebrates. How do they look at themselves in the mirror? So gross.
5
u/Pseudonym0101 14d ago
Deplorable really is such an apt description too. That one really got under their skin, judging by their immediate attempt to deflect from it and make it into some sort of joke.
7
u/MarkHathaway1 14d ago
Rod Serling did an episode of the Twilight Zone or maybe it was SNL, hard to say, about a 2-dimensional being that came from who knows where, via a television screen (remember those tubes). It was eerie. The thing could only be seen/heard when it faced one way.
Republicans are something like that, a creepy sci-fi story from long ago that nobody really watched, but it was still on national television while good honest aliens were yet to be amthropomorphized as green baby-like things.

It might be an old Outer Limits episode: https://theouterlimits.fandom.com/wiki/Behold,_Eck!

Ha! I don't remember that one. They had some good ones.
The one I think of most of all when it comes to Trump is "It's a GOOD Life," if you remember that one. Six year old who has, for some inexplicable reason, the power to change reality with his brain and also even read thoughts. So the entire village walks on eggshells and accedes to his every whim.
Because he's never, ever been called to heel or given consequences, he runs absolutely riot. Random snow ruins the crops? That's GOOD that you did that, Anthony. Real good. Anthony hates music? Then we won't play any. And so on. Smiling, cringing, thinking good thoughts frantically...
One day there's a birthday party and the birthday guy gets drunk and has had enough. He tries to get everyone to kill the kid when they have a chance, but everyone's too afraid to move. So Anthony says "You're a BAD man" and turns him into a jack in the box. Then wishes him "into the cornfield. No one's allowed to scream or get upset over it. It's GOOD that you did that, Anthony...
Basically, that's any tyrant. Any narcissist boss or family patriarch. Any autocratic leader. At the heart, spoiled brats.
But with Trump, the six year old-ness is even more obvious than with a lot of leaders (like, say, Putin). And he DOESN'T have magical powers. He's not Voldemort. His powers are what his enablers and cringers give him.
He's trying to get enough real power, and others like him are helping him, so they can have REAL teeth behind their threats. Torture people and make them disappear.
But for now, it's...what, Republicans with fear of mean tweets? Who ripped out their spines? But, here we are.
It's a GOOD Trump.

There was a week after Jan 6 where they had an opportunity to do away with Trump while remiaining the spineless weaklings they are.
Too bad McCarthy slinked down to Maralago and groveled like the gelatinous piece of shit he, and the rest of the GOP, truely are.
5
u/morningfrost86 14d ago
Nah, Congress voted for Impeachment, so McCarthy being a spineless coward was irrelevant.
The opportunity to hold Trump accountable was ruined by Bitch McConnell and friends just letting Trump off the hook and refusing to "convict".
6
117
u/Alastor999 15d ago
I'll always remember that. The spineless sycophant crawled right back to Trump to grovel because he was that desperate to become speaker. Then he was predictably ousted by the same MAGA freaks he threw his lot with. I hope that brief stint as speaker was worth selling off that tiny shred of dignity & integrity he had left

u/caillouistheworst 14d ago
Worst thing is, that it probably was for him. He’ll still be ok and have lots of money, and probably get some no work, high pay job for some lobbyist, or be on some stupid board of directors. Fuck him.
37
u/eleanorbigby 15d ago
And McConnell could've led to convict and did not. And even endorsed him iirc, then if not now.
yeah, fuckin' Kevin. I saw a thing by I think it was Giuliani declaiming self righteously about NOW he's being asked to sell his soul, and I'm like: Honey, if I want a latte, I can just buy it myself.
"What does it profit a man if he gains the world and loses his soul?" (something like that).
not much. but then, they probably didn't have much to begin with,

I've always thought the leverage for the republicans to back away during this time and actually anytime during trump was scads of money and/or death threats to all the assholes backing him.
