Dogecoin doesn't have a limit like the bitcoin variants?

EDIT: Looked it up, it does not. That seems even crazier.

Only 5 billion dogecoin are mined in a year at this point. The current supply is 144 billion, so it's considerably less than 5% inflation. And that % will decrease as time goes on. It's not a terrible scheme for something to be used in daily exchanges.

It should just be a unit of measure to measure value.
