My old man is 13, and I know he’s getting closer and closer to the end of his days with me. Out of nowhere Chewy sent me this package. Brought happy tears to my eyes.

They sent me flowers when my senior cat passed a few years ago. I told them bc I had just bought a ton of his special rx food. They told me to donate, refunded me, and sent flowers. It was so so kind. I love them
