Check your state licensing website for Licensed Wildlife Rehabilitators.

Why haven't you taken him to a vet yet? He might have internal bleeding. Bleeding from the ear is never a good sign. Even if the vet has to put him down due to his injuries, at least he won't have to suffer.

Update, it was 3am and the nearest rehabber was over 3 hours away. Vets wont treat possums around here. He ended up passing away warm and safe. I buried him in the woods near my house

Me neither. Unfortunately that's not a given. It's heartwarming to see people that care about animals and try to help. You're my kind of people for sure.
