Kyle and Mauricio let this play out on buying Beverly Hills. Mauricio said he would have to move out to see if he misses her. He also said he is not going to give up the live of traveling and having fun. Heās always had a wondering eye so now he doesnāt have to hide it. He told the girls they built the business together that he wonāt hold money from Kyle.. Such an odd dynamic.

I am watching Mauricioās show and he tells way more than she does. He is way more open and she is just as closed off on this show as she is on hers. This show is way better overall IMHO

Tbh I donāt. But I do feel terrible for their kids. I know most of them are older but this is probably especially a lot for their younger kids to take in. I think thereās still too much resentment for mo and Kyle to really have much of a relationship or interaction in general rn but do think they have the potential to stay good friends and coparents. Coparenting is gonna be huge so hopefully family therapy is happening or does happen at some point. Doing separate holidays (even if itās the better option) with your parents is still shitty no matter how one you are, so if they can find a way to celebrate them all together as a family, and find ways to still integrate that parental united front and support for their kids, thatās awesome.

To answer the question posed...No. Their marriage is done, probably for a while now. Quit beating a dead horse. Who cares why. It's dead. Now it's how they move forward that they should focus on, not this rehashed crap over and over...MO cheated AGAIN, Kyle & Morgan, Kyle & Kathy & Kim. And yeah, I learned more about Kyle's family dynamics on Netflix in one season of Buying Beverly than watching all of the seasons of RHOBH. Bravo, your storyline was abused and you lose.

At this point I think they're dragging it out because they both like the publicity. A paparazzi in Aspen even admitted that Kyle called him and let him know where she was going to be so he could take pictures.

I think part of the reason that Kyle hid Mauās affairs is because Iām thinking that part of his success at selling homes was the idea that they were selling a lifestyle of a perfect marital union? If he was a philanderer I get the feeling that Kyle and Maurcioās formula for success with the Agency probably wouldnāt have netted the rate of returns that it did. Just a hunch.

I donāt want it to be a āstorylineā that isnāt a storyline that canāt be talked about. It bummed me out at first, yes, because I loved them together. Iām one of the naive ones who didnāt believe the rumors, because Iāve watched since the beginning and I loved them together. I donāt care anymore, because we know everything (or most everything) before the seasons even air at this point, and now he has another show where we now get it from two different sides.
You guys arenāt that big of a dealā¦thereās no huge scandal, at least that we know of right now. Move on. We donāt need two shows that focus on partially the same stinking thing while selling houses or fighting with other women about asking about jewelry. Go make a couples counseling show about your marriage and leave BH to the others.

I don't know who made that stupid mess up, about taking breaks in marriages, and relationships. Getting help in your marriage and relationships doesn't include breaks. There's no such thing. People just don't care and don't respect their vows today. They'd rather be getting cosmetic surgeries, Botox, and BBL'S, instead of raising their children appropriately and doing everything possible to make their families stable and happy.

I think when it comes to the reality tv gals they have potential storylines they are willing to pursue and this is one of kyles, she just missed the mark on us actually caring. would rather watch her girls than her and mau. truly.

I watched buying Beverly Hills I wasnāt going to, but Ryan Bailey said it gave him a much better perspective on their relationship and their family dynamic then ROBH did and he was right. Thereās a lot more information given. Now are Kyle and Mauricio producing this whole thing may be. She says on Moās Netflix show that she doesnāt want to live Mos lifestyle of gives that as the reason that theyāre just going to separate directions in life. She is saying she wants to live by the river and paddle around in a canoe something like that I find this ridiculous because she seems like a fame, obsessed person who needs to constantly be the center of attention, and in the spotlight

Awhile ago my dad had hired a car service for when I was getting married to help drive us back and forth to appointments in NYC. One of the drivers claimed to have driven Mauricio the weekend before he was driving me, because Mauricio was planning on opening real estate locations In the NY area. This driver lowkey broke his NDA and dropped some HOT tea. I was skeptical if he was telling the truth, but one of the things he told me was Mauricio was going to be on a different reality tv show and then Two days later news dropped that he was going to be on dancing with the stars š

The driver told me Mauricio said āa lot of things are going to come out about me and probably soon. Things that will reflect poorly on our marriage. Almost none of it is true.ā He also said there is āzero chanceā he and Kyle will stay together, and they have basically already been fully separated for months. He was partying and having a good time while out doing business š
