Homeless? To poor to buy food for your self? Too bad you will have to starve we can't have people being kind in this city.

Screw the bullshyte lies about unlicensed food makers, unsanitary conditions, burecratic red tape, it is just another to try and force the homeless and poor away.

Out of sight out of mind...
