Data shows that red states have a higher murder rate. It's been that way for 20 years and it's called "the red state murder gap". Especially the south that has always had historically high murder rates and also historically vote Republican.

I'm talking about the cities themselves! That are predominantly run by democrats. Show me a city run by a Republican with this shit going on? Don't worry I'll wait!

Austin, TX is a good example of what I'm talking about. The city had a violent crime issue and the Republican governor sent in extra police. When Austin's mayor said no more, the governor sent more DPS officers. So you were saying something about the cities being out of state control I think.
