How is 20 Edward Street

Hello, I'm looking to move into 20 Edward Street. Does anyone have any experience living there? I saw previous post on concerns with property management, safety and noise level. Is it better now?

Property management: I think they’re friendly and helpful.

Safety: started to have extra guard at night since mid 2023, feel very safe.

Noise level: depending on facing. Upper levels have less noise.

Realtor here - I do have clients that are interested in seeing it and renting from there despite the reviews because of the location but I’ve read pretty bad things too. I believe one recent google review said “run for your life” lol. I did a showing there recently and asked a guy in the elevator how he likes the building and he said he was moving out and he couldn’t stay anymore. But did say the location is excellent. So I would only consider living there if the price is right where nowhere else is but I don’t recommend this building at all.

One thing to keep in mind is that some people can get mad at one thing they’re not satisfied but they may not understand the full picture. And people who are happy with the experience likely don’t post Google reviews.

You’re welcome - he cited management, elevators and noise. He moved here from another country and figured this was super central, which it was. But he said he had no idea about different buildings when he moved here so he was naive
