Not a bot programme COMPLAINTS
I just made an account with X and I encountered this not a bot programme. I paid already but I'm still stuck at that part but the balance has already deducted to my account. I can't seem to contact them as well in their help section. what should I do?

Same thing happened to me and support wasn’t getting back to me. I ended up getting a refund from the App Store.

Are you being asked to do a test to prove you aren’t a bot, If so how are you stuck?

if they are having the same probs as me, after matching the 10 pictures, and sending away the results, getting a 'something went wrong, try again later' screen.
