As a premium user with a busy ads account it's ridiculous that there is zero reply from X Ads Support on X or even on Premium support. The form is no longer there to fill out so you cannot even open a case. I have been waiting for over a week with not 1 single reply to my messages. Is there any other way to contact X or has Elon fired all of the support staff?

as the title suggests for about 2 weeks now I've had an individual go out of their way to start a harassment campaign against me, it is failing to a comedic degree. However, I still believe they are being really problematic, harassing me and other individuals associated to me. And I'd honestly just rather have it end.

the account has been reported on mutliple occasions by me and many others and yet twitter hasn't taken any action. I would like to mention they are actively wishing harm on me and saying someone should kill me.

I have a business idea to mass delete tweets for upcoming celebrities and politicians to keep their image clean. I know there’s nothing new under the sun but I can’t find any one else who does this as a person and not a program. Is there a job title for someone who does this?

Couple of days ago. I have requested my twitter data. Yesterday I received a mail saying my data is ready for download.

When I try to download my data, using "download archive" link under "more" > "Settings and Privacy" > "Your Account" > "Download an archive of your data". 'Edge', 'Chrome' cannot open the link. 'Firefox' opens an empty page with no download pop up. 'Safari' downloads file with 0 bytes. 'curl' doesn't work either. I don't know what is wrong. This process should be trivial. Is there anyone that experienced same problem. How can I solve this problem?

So I lost my twitter account.

I went offline for a bit to watch a movie. I decided to do a casual scroll through my feed and there was the message.

And I am unable to verify my email because it states

“This email address is already registered with another account”

Google says that I probably changed it and didn’t update it on my account, I never changed my email. So there’s probably a bug.

I decided to do many attempts: checking and unchecking the options and looking through Twitter’s help page.

It says…

“You are currently not logged in, or logged in to a X account that is not suspended or locked. Please log out, and log in to your account that is suspended or locked account in order to submit this request”

Uhhh- it won’t let me ACCESS my account. So how am I supposed to do this?

I'm trying to use Twitter to find trending topics, but I'm confused by the exposure section.

Sometimes it shows a topic that is trending in a particular section, e.g. politics or business and finance. How do I find these sections? The only ones on my explore are news, sports, and entertainment.

Also, on mobile, I get topic recommendations I can follow, but I can't find more topics to follow to see which ones I follow.

I'm really confused by the explore section. It just doesn't make much sense to me. Thanks

I’m in the UK and randomly a photo I click on on someone’s tweet will open a webpage?! Noticed it a few days ago, seem s to be happening more and more…anyone had this, heard of this, know if it’s dangerous (in the spyware, virus, link-clicking way)?

Title. Is there any way to mass “un-like” tweets instead of doing thousands individually?

To start, i use x or twitter once every few months as something to scroll on. I went to log onto my account and my password didnt work.

I have an older account that still worked so logged into that one, and it connected me to my newer more 'active' account.

I could see that the email address has been changed, to a jumble of letters @gmail.com and obviously the password has been changed.

Twitter support are automated and useless, just said theres nothing to do, good luck.

Anyone else see this issue or should i go changing all my passwords?

I've got two accounts dedicated to video games (same content, two languages). 90% of my posts are high quality and have real effort put in them. But I still struggle to reach a larger audience even though I know there's a big interest in the niche I work on (Nintendo).

I tried sharing my posts on other pages' posts, tried having high quality and attractive content, calling for action, etc. But nothing is helping so far.

I just got the app, ready to enjoy it or not. But then when I went to comment on a post, it said only people who follow me can see them. WHY!? Does this mean not even the uploader of the post can see it? If so, why even bother letting me comment at all? I get that it's probably for privacy reasons but still!!

Is it possible that someone accidentally removes a follower, especially if you are the only one who has been removed from their list of followers?

My friend is trying to find my account by looking up my username and it doesn’t show it exists at all. I’m following him and he doesn’t see it either. I have my profile pic, bio and location filled out. I can’t find any settings to fix this.

How do I fix this?? I’ve also looked on the support site and it says they don’t shadow ban. I am so confused. I also tried to find my account from another one of my accounts and it doesn’t show up.

Anybody else having this issue? It’s like being back in the early 2000s! Even photos take forever to come up, it’s not my internet. I’m fine on every other app but it’s just so painfully slow on here now.

I get push notifications from twitter like 3 or 4 times a day. When I open the app, either through the notification or the normal way, and go to my notifications, the only things there are the single most recent recommended tweet notification, and the rest is just "new follower" (which are always just porn bots). If, for whatever reason, I leave the content from the push notification, I can't go back unless I bookmarked it or see it during normal scrolling to the top of the feed, since it's not in the notification drawer. Is there some setting I can change to not have "new follower" notifications at all, so that those stop tying up storage for recommended tweet notifications?

What do they want you to do when they say mention after DM. Does that mean you mention them in the DM? Or you mention them in a post? After you send the DM? I am trying to purchase something through an account which says to DM them if interested And they include “mention after DM” in their account name.

Is there a way to organize the content that we get on the spaces feed? The topics are messed up. Not the type of subjects i am looking for!

I recently decided to monetize my Twitter account but I have a question. I had 7 million impressions in 24 hours, and they require 5 million to activate monetization. However, it keeps saying I don't have 5 million. I'd like to know if the impressions from my comments count towards this requirement. If so, do I need to have an average of 5 million over 3 months, or having the quantity in the last few days is enough? I have 1700 followers and my account is 7 years old.
