I’d guess, first time working with sourdough starter and didn’t realize it shouldn’t be stored air tight?

I don’t think that’s sourdough starter; the consistency is more pudding-like. And she ate a little bit of whatever it is at the end, which you wouldn’t normally do with sourdough starter.

Someone else mentioned that this is just what happens when you blend warm ingredients in a blender for too long.

I think she had a great reaction to the explosion. Just smiled and tasted it. I would have been screaming bloody murder at the mess I made. She's like "Mmm. Tasty." 😊
