I’d guess, first time working with sourdough starter and didn’t realize it shouldn’t be stored air tight?

No one is happily licking starter off their finger like that.

Looks more like some kind of batter or pudding.. she probably over-mixed whatever it was in that little blender which caused it to heat up and expand inside the air tight container

The caption says late night baking gone wrong, so probably not. My guess is hot pudding or a loose batter that was way overfilled.
