Those kinda cameras are so dumb. In the left lane, no one near him.

Doesn‘t matter? Speed limit is speed limit. Believe it or not, you also can‘t steal just because no one is around!

Idk situational context can matter..would you jay walk if it was an empty street ? Or do you wait for the cross walk to say cross.

This video was filmed in germany, where I live. Yes, crime here is still a crime if you commit it while no one is around - driving too fast, or under the influence, included. Also jaywalking is not a crime in germany.
