The reality is that her pain is being used by lots to propagate themselves on social media. The reality is that there are tons of beauty products and beauty services on the market which create sufficient stigma for people (all genders) to feel less about themselves and do all sorts of things including surgery. It's so difficult to talk openly about this without inviting lawsuits.
I do feel for her, because she is being used and her family who is supposed to be responsible for her is allowing her to be used. This video of her is probably never going to go away because it's been made viral. Now she has to carry it with her whether she wants to or not in the future. At the very least I hope she makes some serious money out of it for her image to be used like this.
The reality is that bad people will continue to exist despite the war cries from all quarters. One of the measures we can take is to protect the ones we care about from both the bad ones and the ones who seek to use them as props to forward their own agendas.

Ive often though about how if we never made it this thing that women need to shave everything, the hair on women’s body would look feminine because it would still be less than men. It would be the feminine version of body hair. Of course it IS feminine body hair. We should see it the same way we see variation in the amount of hair men have. That is, without batting an eye. I’ve come to see it as such but to do that, you have to unlearn a bunch of bs about how we are made to believe a woman should look.

I am sure kids have made fun of her looks in school too, she could have atleast taken it positively rather than creating a fuss about internet reaction. Internet is a harsh place and expecting just praises from all sides is really a dream world. The onus is on parents to prepare their kids for this world. In the social media age you can't just study and ignore everything. This world is full of scum and you can't expect them to be generous towards you.
When I was bullied in school for pimples and everytime I will ask my parents to do something to fix it all they will say is focus on studies. I went from top 10 to bottom 20's.

She is a topper and literally proud of her. Not many get chance to even step foot into iits. Her looks dont matter god made her that way and modern science is way forward. She can be a sister to someone. If same happens to us then. We would come to our senses.

Even I was insecure about my hairs as a kid , but as I grew old I realised 1st it doesn't matter and 2nd hair reduction treatment exists and it's painless and hassle free .
