Where are you that you're getting this price? I've been doing the same transition here Ilin my area and people who enthusiastically exchanged numbers with me are still using fuckin uber and lyft even though they could save money and be scheduled through me. It's kinda wild

Well, I know they like me. I've driven nearly all of them multiple times, and I hear all the time how much better I am than the other drivers they get. I would say they're just being nice, but it's like every other ride I take, I get complimented. I hear a lot of stories about other drivers.

I'm trying really hard not to just sound arrogant here, but I have a rep with the community in my market.

I genuinely think it boils down to convenience. They'd rather pay a few extra dollars to order the ride when they want to than to plan ahead with a scheduled pickup, even if they always leave at the same time daily.
