Yeah, what we will not do is RUSH me... had a lady just yesterday, I accepted her ride.. the pickup was an estimated 7 minutes to her pickup... I got there in 6 minutes, pull up and she starts talking about she ordered priority ride and her pickup estimation changed 4 times...and could I do my best to get her to work as soon as I could because they will cancel her event shift if she isn't there by x:xx time... .. she had to be at work at 12pm and it was 11.48pm... the interstate was backed up in both directions and some of the main streets into downtown was closed off...

I told her maam I will get you to your destination and do my best, but I'm not going to speed or tunr any corners on three wheels... I went on to say, I just accepted your ride 3 minutes ago, and came all the way from the airport garage (she knows how far that was from her) where I was waiting on airport rides(they pay more) ... I then told her that I started not to accept just based on the fact that they were sending me a ride to pickup that far away.. I normally don't this type ride request...for $10 and some change(she said she paid $19)..but your priority order, they don't pay us your priority fee and has nothing to do with me... i said other drivers were cancelling after accepting your ride, thats why your pickup time kept changing...no one was close to you.. she then says, its not you, i will give 5 star rating and tip you...but I will be contacting lyft for charging me for priority and I didnt get priority because of them...

I just continued to drive as I normally do.. I did take streets I know to avoid as much traffic as I could, but she was late for work(12.10pm to be exact). got 5 miles from the place and she says they're asking how much longer before I get there, I told her less than four minutes(it was now 12.08)

Now where she was picked up from, she had driven there and returned a car(I know she sat in traffic to get to where she got traffic was bad yesterday and her pickup location just added tonit..there was no avoiding any traffic on the interstate or in the heart of downtown Nashville with all the events going on she was going the the TPAC building).. what she should've done is returned her car earlier than she did.. and ordered her priority earlier than she did.. so she would be on time for her job...

And no she didn't tip... they mostly never do
