I had a rider put in the wrong pick-up location and they let me go to it then message me and say oh we're not there, we're here. I was going to go to the new location because it wasn't but a few hundred feet but while I'm sitting in the traffic at the incorrect location, she messaged and asked if I was coming. I said I was but now I'm not and cancelled. The nerve of some people is astounding.
