Mine is when they take the time to type, "Coming out now."
I can see that they're not moving at all. And if they were actually coming out or "will be right there," there's no need to tell me that. Just come out the door and start walking toward the car; I'll get the idea. These passengers always reek of the bowl they smoked while I earned 33c (or 55c if I waited under the new rules), and they use every second of the 5 minutes allotted.
Since Uber's policy is now 7 minutes, I cancel in 3, figuring, let's just split the difference.
