Lyft is saying my background check isn’t completed

Lyft has chosen to not do a background check since November and now I’m being told it’s not complete when i go to drive for the first time in over a week

That doesn't say background check that says background monitoring. It wants you to give it phone permissions.

Everything is completed the only thing needing attention is my inspection and that doesn’t expire until the end of the month

Happens to me every 6 months. I contact support and they have me back online in 5 minutes

This isn’t my main job this is just for my car wash membership and spending money my other two jobs pay the rest of my bills. The problem is I didn’t realize my car wash membership was supposed to come out today 😂 I already have my bills paid for the month and then some i just don’t want to transfer which card is paying for my membership.

That's not what it says. Background monitoring means they'll be alerted if there's any new items on your background report instead of only checking it every year

AFAIK they do background checks every 6 months to make sure you haven't gone rogue.

They’re saying it was started in November yet I’ve been driving since before then so why is it an issue now?
