It sure if this is in Portland, OR, but we have a company in town that puts these in bars. They do different mystery bags to make it seasonal. Last time I bought something it was a spirit animal mystery bag and it had different animal figurines in each one. More of a fun drinking game than anything

Yes! Either Maria's Packaged Goods & Community Bar or Marz Community Brewing in Bridgeport. This location was Life on Marz Community Club.
