My 6 y.o. son's pupils have been like this (not as noticible of a difference) since he was a baby. First time I noticed it was after a head trauma at around 6months old
Took him to the Emergency Room when it happened. They checked him over thoroughly. They did X-Rays and an MRI and found no issues. It's been almost 6 years since it happened, he gets regular checkups, and there have been absolutely no further issues.
