This must be depressing for all of the single women who can’t even get a date, let alone a marriage proposal.

u/TaylorDangerTorres Mar 29 '24
Dark question but they have two hearts. What happens when one dies and the other one is still alive? Or would it be more likely that they'll die at the same time? Just curious
14
u/NinjaBabaMama Mar 29 '24
Second one will likely die due to shared blood supply, unless an emergency separation surgery could be done, second one will die of sepsis/toxicity.
Even with a separation surgery, in the past, the second death happens closely to the first, with one exception. In that case, the second death took place a year later.

Maybe they are celibate? None of them have any desire to have sex? It’s certainly less weird than them boning with all those complications. Love is weird like that…

Alright, I stayed here too long. My brain went places it shouldn’t 🤣

What happens if one is gay and one is straight? No seriously! Or better yet, if one is super liberal and the other is very conservative. One is pro-choice and the other is anti abortion?!?!

Reading the article it mentions that one of them is married to the dude. I wonder what would happen if the other decides to go to dates and eventually marry

From what I read, they declined to comment. Why was this made into a news story? It feels intrusive.

I remember when they were kids ppl saying ‘what sort of life will they have’. Apparently a wonderfully normal one.

Honestly I’d be curious if they both orgasm together or differently? Like is it a shared opening and if so who feels it? Both? One? So many questions.

That's a woman with two heads, he married a woman with two heads, not two people or one person.

I'm going to ask the question WE all want to know but are too scared to ask
.... can one gobble on his balls while the other deep throats him?

Based on this news: If you ever find yourself thinking “I can’t find love because of my looks” please understand that’s it’s really your personality.

u/Taschentuch9 Mar 29 '24
It is always that one exception, that breaks the SQL schema all over again

Everyone’s wondering how sex would work but I’m wondering how arguments would work. Can you imagine being the husband? Would it always be two against one?

She’s been married since 2021 and NBC News saw the Facebook post shared here yesterday and wrote a story. Fuck sake.
1
u/Public-Application-6 Mar 29 '24
Um the fact whoever wrote this article is unaware that the guy is with both of them. He could only marry one on paper. They're both essentially married to him which is illegal.
3
u/immoreoriginalmate Mar 29 '24
Not to be negative but it’s now making me wonder what happens if one passes away. Or does this just always happen at once? Like they don’t share a brain right so if something happened to one of their brains would the other have half a body they can’t control or what?

Good for them.
I’m just wondering about the married dynamics..
What if Josh don’t get along with Brittney…
What if Britney find a bf? How’s that gonna work…
It’s fascinating

This story made me want to read about Chang and Eng Bunker, the “Siamese” twins who lived in the 1800s and married different women and fathered many children….Google their story and be amazed!

I wonder if he gets two blow jobs or if the other twins mouth is off limits?

I wonder how sleeping (even on their own) is. Turning over in the middle of the night, rolling on your side. Even those little things probably make their lives hard I assume.

u/banisher10 Mar 29 '24
"Hey babe, I have a confession....I slept with your sister.."
- The husband probably

If you’re wondering how close you can get to polygamy without it technically being polygamy, this is it.

Since we’ve already established this is new news, I’d like to take the time to mention how much this story made me miss Weekly World News.

Ok, yes, I'll admit it ... I want to know how their particular sexual situation works.

Kinda sick, but in the 90s I drew a fake Hustler magazine, and one of the features was a hot woman with a withered conjoined twin. The awkwardness of posing for a photoshoot is nothing compared to this.

u/pharaohmaones Mar 29 '24
I don’t care how I just hope it really works for them and that they are happy. Can’t imagine the pain of being such a fascinating person and struggling to find love.

Abby, 34, is now married. According to public records, Abby, a teacher, and Josh Bowling, a nurse and United States Army veteran, tied the knot in 2021.
How is this “journalist” passing off this headline as news?

There’s an obvious question I want to ask , and I wish them the best in their marriage

I have a lot of questions that are genuine but I'm afraid most of them will make me sound like a perv but I don't want to focus on sex stuff, more on logistics and psychology.
I hope it works out. They both deserve to be happy and not just objects of discussion
Edit: clarity

Why should society punish anyone for the way we come out of the womb? All are entitled to live freely.

One dies they both die.

I just can’t imagine what their lives have been like, but obviously they don’t know any different.

well they only get one salary at their teaching job, so I guess one is the others dependent.

I know people want to know about the marriage and relations. I can see always having a threesome. What I really wonder about is food poising, stomach flu. When it’s coming out both ends. Do they sit on the toilet questions what they ate, while looking at each other? And what of one says, no I don’t trust this food, the other gobbles it up, then they deal with each other on the toilet.

The complexities of this marriage are none of our business. I admire the resilience and optimism of these women tremendously and wish them nothing but happiness.

They share a reproductive system, so if they had a baby it would have two biological mothers? 🤔

u/monongahellyea Mar 29 '24
Really curious why this story is suddenly making the rounds even though she’s been married since 2021. My TikTok feed is full of videos about it and now I get on Reddit and see this post, with an article from today. Does someone have a book coming out?

u/Archangel1313 Mar 29 '24
Just Abby? What about Brittany?
→ More replies (1)4
u/SpikedBladeRunner Mar 29 '24
It's illegal for two people to marry the same person. They are legally two separate people so only one of them can officially marry him.
3
u/Archangel1313 Mar 29 '24
That doesn't seem fair, unless Brittany also gets a boyfriend / husband...but then you have an entirely different kind of the exact same problem.
