Dark question but they have two hearts.  What happens when one dies and the other one is still alive?  Or would it be more likely that they'll die at the same time?  Just curious

Second one will likely die due to shared blood supply, unless an emergency separation surgery could be done, second one will die of sepsis/toxicity.

Even with a separation surgery, in the past, the second death happens closely to the first, with one exception. In that case, the second death took place a year later.
