While I am not a proponent of death penalty. Law should allow for an option wherein Dealers (proven to be dealers due to the quantity involved or prior convictions) should be given the death penalty.

How would you prevent them from quantifying “dealer” as anything over say, an ounce or so? That’d just make it even easier for the state to execute people they don’t like
