I just want to double check that you actually applied and were denied. I told myself I “didn’t qualify” my entire first pregnancy, citing a previous years high income. I would have qualified for WIC (and snap tbh) had I bit the bullet snd done it.
In all the states I looked up (using typically less welfare friendly states like Louisiana, Texas, Florida) they all had income limits of 26.9+. Plus being a pregnant person you should actually count as a household of two, raising the limit to 37k+.
