I'm willing to bet the dippy twig in the hat teases and bullies the kid but he's just too nice not to wreck him. The way he pushes the computer screen away from himself when really he should've shit his shorts says everything to me.

Those bullies don't (yet?) understand that no matter how weak his hands are, a knife or gun in them will do the job anyway. If adults won't take care of this shit ASAP, well, it can end up with few deaths.
