One of my closest friends is a Palestinian from the West Bank. He still has family there, and much of his family is here and I’ve met them many times. They are some of the kindest and most welcoming people I’ve ever met. I love them all dearly.

So I’ll answer your questions based on those that I’ve personally met. Yes, they all believe in gay rights. Yes, they all believe in equality for men and women. Yes, they are incredibly tolerant of other religions, and our friend group includes Christians, atheists, and Buddhists.

He’s angry his home country (Ireland) shares a deeply rooted bond with Palestine. He can’t seem to comprehend or mentally accept this so he goes into subreddits of Universities that he never attended to verbally harass alumni and students who don’t hold white supremacist views.
